  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For tossing the potatoes.
  • 3 cloves Fresh garlic Minced garlic.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated cheese for topping.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper To taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning For added flavor.

Cooking Steps

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and mix well.
  • Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
  • Serve hot as a side dish or snack.

Notes

Cut the potatoes into similar sizes for even cooking. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if needed. Try different seasonings like paprika or garlic powder for extra flavor. For a cheesy twist, add more Parmesan halfway through cooking. Remember to shake the basket to ensure all sides cook evenly. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge or freeze for up to a month.
