  • 1 lb Large shrimp (peeled and deveined, tails on)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Add Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, gently tossing until shrimp are well coated.
  • Spread shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Roast for 8–10 minutes or until shrimp are pink and slightly golden on edges.

Serving

  • Serve immediately with lemon wedges for a zesty finish.

Notes

To keep leftovers fresh, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet or freeze for up to 2 months. Don't overcook the shrimp; they can become tough if left in the oven too long. Feel free to add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
