  • 1- inch piece fresh ginger grated
  • Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon raw honey

Instructions
 

  • Grate the fresh ginger directly into the water. (No need to peel – the skin is nutritious!)
  • Add lemon juice and stir to combine.
  • Sprinkle chia seeds into the water and whisk quickly to prevent clumping.
  • Let the mixture sit for 10–15 minutes so chia seeds expand.
  • Stir once more and enjoy!
