  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed gingerbread cookies optional
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Add in the ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and vanilla extract; stir until well combined.
  • If using, fold in the crushed gingerbread cookies.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased or lined 8x8 inch square baking dish.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  • Once set, cut into squares and enjoy your gingerbread fudge!

Notes

This fudge is perfect on its own, but try serving it alongside cocoa or vanilla ice cream. Add a sprinkle of sea salt for extra flavor. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for a week or freeze for up to three months.
