  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce Can be substituted with hummus or yogurt sauce.
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled Try different cheeses like goat cheese for variation.
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 pieces cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 pieces red onion, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil For drizzling.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh herbs like parsley or dill for garnish Enhances flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the flatbreads and season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread a layer of tzatziki sauce on each flatbread.
  • Top with shredded chicken, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  • Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the edges are crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh herbs.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

To keep your leftovers fresh, store uneaten flatbreads in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. For freezing, wrap in plastic wrap and place in a freezer-safe bag.
