Creamy Garlic Sauce Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Adjust quantity to taste.
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream Can substitute with half-and-half for a lighter version.
  • 2 tablespoons butter Use unsalted butter for better control over seasoning.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For grilling and roasting.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.

Optional Garnishes

  • as needed pieces Fresh parsley or chives Chopped, for garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional spices.
  • Grill over medium-high heat, flipping once, until cooked through and lightly charred (internal temp: 165°F).
  • Toss broccoli with olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Roast at 400°F for 15–20 minutes until crisp-tender.
  • Prepare grains according to package instructions. Fluff with a fork and keep warm.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer until thickened.

Assembly

  • In serving bowls, layer grains, sliced grilled chicken, and roasted broccoli.
  • Drizzle with garlic sauce and garnish with herbs.

Notes

Feel free to customize with additional toppings like grated Parmesan or crushed red pepper for heat. Great for meal prep!
