Instructions
Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano.
Grill chicken over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Steam broccoli florets for 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
Whisk in heavy cream and simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Slice grilled chicken into strips.
Assemble bowls by placing rice at the bottom, topped with chicken and broccoli.
Drizzle creamy garlic sauce over the top.
