  • 1 package mini graham cracker crusts Use gluten-free crusts for a gluten-friendly option.
  • as needed red candy hearts or sprinkles Decorate right before serving to keep toppings fresh.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  • Add sour cream and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  • Stir in green food coloring until you achieve a vibrant green color.
  • Fold in whipped topping gently until combined.
  • Spoon the mixture into the mini graham cracker crusts.

Baking

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • Once set, decorate with red candy hearts or sprinkles before serving.

Notes

To store, keep mini cheesecakes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can also freeze them for longer storage but thaw in the fridge overnight before serving.
