Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lean ground beef (90/10)
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 2 cups steamed broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup hone y
  • 1 tablespoon srirach a
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic , minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sliced green onions
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes

Instructions
 

  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the hot honey glaze.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  • Add ground beef to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Brown the meat while breaking it into small crumbles with a spatula for 7 to 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  • Drain any excess rendered fat from the skillet.
  • Pour the hot honey glaze over the cooked beef. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens and evenly coats the meat.
  • Standardize the meal prep by dividing 0.5 cups of cooked rice and 0.5 cups of steamed broccoli into four individual containers.
  • Distribute the glazed beef equally across the containers.
  • Garnish each portion with sliced green onions and red chili flakes.
