Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 cup Best Foods or Hellmann's Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Grated Carrots
  • 1/4 cup Grated Onion
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the elbow macaroni until it’s a bit overcooked. Drain it without rinsing.
  • While the pasta is still warm, mix in the apple cider vinegar for a tangy taste.
  • Grate the carrots and dice the onions. Add them to the pasta.
  • In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss the dressing with the pasta, ensuring everything is coated evenly.
  • Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best flavor. Optionally, save some dressing to add just before
