- 1 cup Best Foods or Hellmann's Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Grated Carrots
- 1/4 cup Grated Onion
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Cook the elbow macaroni until it’s a bit overcooked. Drain it without rinsing.
