Top each bowl with the meat sauce mixture.
Dollop 1/4 cup of cottage cheese into the center of each bowl and stir slightly to create a creamy texture.
Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, then microwave for 30-45 seconds to melt the cheese if desired.
