Instructions
Add the soy milk and Greek yogurt to the blender carafe first to ensure proper emulsification.
Add the whey protein isolate, hemp hearts, and vanilla extract to the liquid base.
Place the frozen blueberries and frozen banana on top of the powders to provide weight for the blades.
Secure the blender lid and process on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds until the mixture is completely homogenous.
