Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop (30g) Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
  • 1/2 cup (140g) Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup (240ml) Unsweetened Soy Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Shelled Hemp Hearts
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/2 Frozen Banan a
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Add the soy milk and Greek yogurt to the blender carafe first to ensure proper emulsification.
  • Add the whey protein isolate, hemp hearts, and vanilla extract to the liquid base.
  • Place the frozen blueberries and frozen banana on top of the powders to provide weight for the blades.
  • Secure the blender lid and process on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds until the mixture is completely homogenous.
  • Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately to maintain optimal viscosity.
