Healthy No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Bites

These delightful cheesecake bites are creamy, sweet, and incredibly easy to prepare, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 oz fat free cream cheese Softened
  • 1/2 cup non fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 8 oz low fat cool whip Thawed
  • 12 pieces Oreo thins For the base
  • 12 pieces crushed Oreo thins For topping, if desired

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place 12 paper cupcake liners into a muffin tin.
  • Add one Oreo thin to each liner and set aside.
  • In a medium size mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy with a hand mixer.
  • Add in the salt, vanilla, and Greek yogurt. Continue beating until well combined.
  • Pour in the remaining 12 crushed Oreos, and beat until mixed well.
  • Fold in thawed cool whip until the ingredients are combined.
  • Evenly scoop the cream cheese mixture into each liner and top with crushed Oreos, if desired.

Freezing

  • Freeze for 3 hours before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

These cheesecake bites can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. Let them thaw for 10–15 minutes at room temperature before serving.
