Ingredients

For the Cookie Base:

  • 36 Oreo cookies regular or double-stuffed
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

For the Cream Layers:

  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container 8 oz whipped topping
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 2 boxes 3.4 oz each instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings:

  • 12 crushed Oreos
  • Chocolate shavings or chips optional
  • Fresh berries optional

Instructions

Prepare the Cookie Base:

  • Crush 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and sugar until combined. Press evenly into a 9x13 inch dish. Set aside.

Make the Cream Cheese Layer:

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Fold in half of the whipped topping gently. Spread evenly over the cookie base.

Make the Pudding Layer:

  • Whisk cold milk with vanilla pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let it thicken for 5 minutes, then spread over the cream layer.

Top with Final Layer:

  • Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding. Sprinkle remaining crushed Oreos and optional toppings.

Chill and Serve:

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Cut into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute half the cream cheese with Greek yogurt.
Chocolate pudding can be used instead of vanilla for extra chocolate flavor.
Add fresh berries between layers for a fruity twist.
Make ahead up to 2 days in advance; add final toppings just before serving.
