Dough Ingredients

  • cup all-purpose gluten-free flour Use regular all-purpose flour if gluten-free is not available.
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 scoop (30g) unflavored protein powder
  • a pinch salt
  • cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt Use cold yogurt for best texture.

Filling and Topping

  • 10 tsp cream cheese About 1 tsp per bite.
  • 1 egg lightly beaten Optional, for egg wash.
  • Everything But The Bagel seasoning

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, protein powder, and salt.
  • Mix in Greek yogurt to form a sticky dough.
  • Flour the surface and divide the dough into 10 pieces, rolling each into a ball.
  • Flatten each piece and add 1 tsp cream cheese in the center.
  • Seal and reshape each piece into balls.
  • Brush with egg wash or spray with oil. Sprinkle seasoning on top.

Cooking

  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F for 5 minutes.
  • Air fry bagel bites for 5–6 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes. Can freeze for longer storage; thaw overnight in the fridge before reheating.
