Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup natural creamy peanut butter
  • 30 grams vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon hone y
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, natural peanut butter, protein powder, and honey.
  • Whisk the mixture until smooth and the protein powder is fully incorporated.
  • Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
  • Drop tablespoon-sized dollops of the mixture onto the parchment paper, spacing them evenly to create 12 units.
  • Place the tray in the freezer for 1 hour until the yogurt bites are firm to the touch.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in 20-second intervals until smooth.
  • Drizzle the melted chocolate mixture over the semi-frozen yogurt bites.
  • Return the tray to the freezer for an additional hour or until the bites are completely solid.
  • Store the finished bites in an airtight container in the freezer.
