Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced into cutlets
  • 1/2 cup peach preserves
  • 2 fresh jalapenos , seeded and minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic , minced
  • 1/2 tsp sal t
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken cutlets evenly with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  • In a medium bowl, combine peach preserves, minced jalapenos, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and minced garlic to create the glaze.
  • Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Place chicken in the skillet and sear for 5 to 7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low and pour the peach jalapeno glaze into the skillet.
  • Simmer the sauce for 3 to 5 minutes while frequently basting the chicken until the glaze has thickened and adheres to the meat.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with fresh chopped cilantro before serving.
