Instructions
Season chicken cutlets evenly with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
In a medium bowl, combine peach preserves, minced jalapenos, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and minced garlic to create the glaze.
Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Place chicken in the skillet and sear for 5 to 7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Reduce heat to medium-low and pour the peach jalapeno glaze into the skillet.
Simmer the sauce for 3 to 5 minutes while frequently basting the chicken until the glaze has thickened and adheres to the meat.
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh chopped cilantro before serving.
