Ingredients
  

Filling Ingredients

  • 1 cup lean ground turkey or chicken (cooked and seasoned)
  • ½ cup reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup turkey pepperoni slices
  • cup marinara sauce (no sugar added)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano

Wrapping and Cooking

  • 6 pieces high-protein tortillas or wraps
  • to taste Olive oil spray or egg wash (for crisping)
  • optional chili flakes, fresh basil, cottage cheese or ricotta for extra creaminess

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Brown ground turkey or chicken in a skillet with garlic powder and oregano. Drain excess fat and let it cool slightly.
  • In a bowl, mix the cooked meat, cheese, pepperoni, and marinara sauce.

Assembly

  • Lay out the tortillas. Spoon filling into the center of each, fold the sides in, and roll tightly like a burrito.
  • Brush with olive oil or egg wash.

Cooking

  • For Air Fryer, preheat to 375°F (190°C) and cook rolls for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • For Oven, preheat to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.

Serving

  • Let cool slightly, then serve with dipping sauce or fresh herbs.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month. To reheat, use the air fryer or oven for best results.
