  • 2 cups Greek yogurt Full-fat for creamier texture
  • 1/2 cup Nut butter (almond or peanut butter) Can substitute with sunflower seed butter for nut-free
  • 1/2 cup Protein powder (vanilla, chocolate, or unflavored) Choose a flavor that complements the other ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Sweetener (maple syrup or honey) Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats or almond flour Almond flour may alter texture
  • 1/3 cup Mini chocolate chips Can substitute with chopped nuts
  • 1 pinch Salt Enhances flavor

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, nut butter, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  • Add protein powder, oats or almond flour, mini chocolate chips, and salt. Mix until well incorporated.
  • Line a muffin tin with liners. Spoon the mixture evenly into each cup.
  • Freeze for 1–2 hours or until firm.
  • Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving to soften slightly.

Notes

These cups are great on their own or topped with extra mini chocolate chips or a drizzle of honey. Store in an airtight container for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage.
