- 1 lb ground beef 85% lean
- 3 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 4 oz
- 16 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough 2 8-count packages
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Stir and simmer for 5-6 minutes.
Unroll crescent roll dough and arrange triangular pieces in a circular pattern on a baking sheet, with pointed ends outward.
Spoon seasoned ground beef evenly over the dough, leaving a gap at the edges.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef.
Fold pointed ends of dough over the filling, tucking them under the inner circle to form a ring.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the dough is golden brown and cheese is melted.
Serve warm with optional toppings like shredded lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, or guacamole.
