Honey Butter Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon sal t
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup all -purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic , minced
  • 1/3 cup hone y
  • 1 tablespoon low -sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  • Dredge chicken in flour, shaking off any excess.
  • Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Reduce heat to medium and move chicken to the sides of the pan.
  • Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and the minced garlic to the center of the pan; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Whisk in the honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar.
  • Toss the chicken in the sauce and simmer for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and glazes the chicken.
