Ingredients
  

  • 8 large high -quality pork sausages
  • 3 tablespoons liquid honey
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius or 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange sausages in a single layer.
  • Drizzle sausages with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together honey, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, and black pepper until combined.
  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven and pour the glaze mixture over the sausages.
  • Toss the sausages with tongs to ensure an even coating of the glaze.
  • Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes or until the glaze has thickened and the sausages are browned.
  • Garnish with fresh thyme leaves before serving.
