Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius or 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange sausages in a single layer.
Drizzle sausages with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together honey, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, and black pepper until combined.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and pour the glaze mixture over the sausages.
Toss the sausages with tongs to ensure an even coating of the glaze.
Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes or until the glaze has thickened and the sausages are browned.
Garnish with fresh thyme leaves before serving.
