- 2 green tea bags
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
- 2 tsp raw honey adjust to taste
- Ice cubes for serving
Boil 4 cups of water and let it cool slightly to about 175°F (80°C) to prevent bitterness.
Steep 2 green tea bags in the hot water for 4-5 minutes. For a stronger taste, steep for an additional minute.
While the tea is steeping, gently press the mint leaves to release their aroma.
Remove the tea bags and add the mint leaves to the warm tea.
Stir in the raw honey while the tea is still warm to ensure even distribution.
Let the tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least an hour.
