Ingredients
  

  • 12 chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine honey, mustard, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the chicken wings to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the marinade.
  • Let the wings sit for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly coat with cooking spray. Place the wings on the baking sheet.
  • Bake the wings for 25-30 minutes, or until they are cooked and lightly browned.
  • In a small bowl, mix honey, mustard, and lemon juice to create the sauce.
  • Once the wings are done, toss them in the sauce until well coated. For extra crispiness, broil the wings for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crispy wings, pat the chicken dry before baking and avoid overcrowding the baking sheet.
Experiment with different spices for more flavor variety.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results
