Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup mayonnais e
  • 2 tablespoons hone y
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 0.125 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, and yellow mustard.
  • Whisk the mixture vigorously until the ingredients are fully emulsified and the texture is smooth.
  • Incorporate the lemon juice and cayenne pepper, whisking briefly to distribute evenly.
  • Transfer the sauce to a non-reactive container and seal tightly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes prior to service to allow the flavors to mature.
  • Store refrigerated for up to 14 days.
