Chicken:
- 4 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs (6 oz each)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Hot Honey Glaze:
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 4 tablespoons hot sauce
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
- Pinch of salt
Prepare the Chicken:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
In a bowl, mix onion powder, salt, ground pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Rub the spice blend onto the chicken thighs and drizzle with olive oil.
Prepare the Hot Honey Glaze:
In a saucepan over low heat, combine honey, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, chipotle chili powder, and salt.
