Ingredients
  

Pizza Dough

  • 375 grams 375 grams all-purpose flour about 3 cups
  • 1.5 tsp 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 0.5 tsp 1/2 tsp dry active yeast
  • 1 cup 1 cup + 2 tbsp warm water

Pizza Toppings

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup pizza sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 8 oz 8 oz low-moisture mozzarella, grated
  • 1/4 lb 1/4 lb finocchiona salami, sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp ricotta cheese
  • 1 tbsp 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2-3 tbsp 2-3 tbsp Mike’s Hot Honey Adjust to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and yeast.
  • Gradually add warm water, mixing until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough until it's smooth, then let it rise for 1 hour.

Cooking

  • Preheat your oven to a high temperature.
  • Roll out the dough, then spread the pizza sauce on top.
  • Add mozzarella, then layer on the salami and sprinkle Parmesan.
  • Dab ricotta and drizzle cream around.
  • Bake until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and drizzle with hot honey before slicing.

Notes

Make the dough ahead and let it rise in the fridge overnight. Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Adjust the amount of hot honey to your taste.
