- 3 oz 90 ml chilled Prosecco
- 2 oz 60 ml chilled club soda
- 1 oz 30 ml elderflower liqueur (e.g., St. Germain)
- 1 lime slice for garnish
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Ice cubes
Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes.
Add fresh mint leaves and a slice of lime to the glass.
Pour in 1 oz (30 ml) of elderflower liqueur.
Slowly add 3 oz (90 ml) of chilled Prosecco.
Top with 2 oz (60 ml) of chilled club soda.
Stir gently with a bar spoon to mix the flavors.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a lime slice.
