Ingredients
  

Truffle Base

  • 1 package Oreos, crushed Regular or gluten-free Oreos
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Full-fat for best texture
  • 3-4 tablespoons Irish cream liqueur Can substitute with milk or flavored syrup

Coating

  • 12 oz green chocolate (or white chocolate colored with green) Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor
  • as needed sprinkles Holiday sprinkles for decoration Add for festive touch

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese until well mixed.
  • Gradually add the Irish cream liqueur and mix until fully incorporated.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate the truffles for about 30 minutes to set.

Coating

  • Melt the green chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler.
  • Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, coating it fully, then place back on the parchment paper.
  • Immediately sprinkle with holiday sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
  • Allow the truffles to cool completely before serving.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to three months; thaw in the fridge overnight before serving.
