Ingredients
  

  • 1 can (395g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons strawberry -flavored gelatin powder or strawberry drink mix
  • 0.5 cup granulated white sugar for coating
  • Butter for greasing hands

Instructions
 

  • In a heavy saucepan, combine the milk, butter, and strawberry powder.
  • Place the pan over medium-low heat. Stir constantly with a spatula.
  • Cook and stir for 10 to 15 minutes. It should peel away from the pan.
  • Transfer the mixture onto a lightly greased plate. Spread it out.
  • Let the mixture cool at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • Grease your palms with a small amount of butter.
  • Scoop one tablespoon of the mixture. Roll it into a small sphere.
  • Roll the sphere in white sugar until it is evenly coated.
  • Place the treat into a mini paper liner. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
