Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Combine cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil in a large mixing bowl until a thick dough forms.

Fold in white chocolate chips and half of the sprinkles using a spatula.

Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.

Press remaining sprinkles onto the tops of the dough balls.

Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until the edges are just set; the centers should still appear soft.

Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
