Ingredients
  

Cheese Mixture

  • 8 ounces Cabot Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces can diced jalapenos, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Dough

  • 16 ounces crescent roll dough (two 8-ounce cans)

Topping

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Mix the shredded pepper jack, cream cheese, diced jalapenos, and salt together in a bowl.
  • Roll out the crescent dough and press the perforations together to form a solid sheet.
  • Spread the cheese mixture evenly across the dough.
  • Roll up the dough from the short side and slice into 8 pieces.
  • Arrange the rolls in a baking dish and brush with the melted butter mixed with garlic powder.

Baking

  • Bake for 28-30 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes

These crescent rolls are best served warm right out of the oven with ranch dressing for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer storage. Reheat in the oven until warm and crispy.
