Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups filtered water cold
  • 1/2 cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon or lime, thinly sliced, seeds removed
  • 1- inch piece fresh ginger root peeled and sliced
  • A handful of mint leaves optional

Optional Boosters:

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Container: Clean your 64 oz glass pitcher or mason jar thoroughly.
  • Slice Ingredients: Wash and slice the cucumber, lemon, and ginger. Rinse the mint if using.
  • Assemble: Add cucumber, lemon, ginger, and mint (if using) to the container. Pour in the cold filtered water.
  • Add Boosters (optional): Include apple cider vinegar, matcha, cinnamon, or chia if desired. Stir gently with a wooden spoon.
  • Infuse: Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best flavor and effects.
  • Drink: Consume first thing in the morning and throughout the day. Discard after 24 hours and prepare a fresh batch daily.
