- 1- inch piece fresh ginger root peeled and sliced
- A handful of mint leaves optional

- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp matcha powder
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Prepare Container: Clean your 64 oz glass pitcher or mason jar thoroughly.
Slice Ingredients: Wash and slice the cucumber, lemon, and ginger. Rinse the mint if using.
Assemble: Add cucumber, lemon, ginger, and mint (if using) to the container. Pour in the cold filtered water.
