  • 1- inch ginger root
  • 1/2 lemon

Midday Citrus Boost

  • 2 oranges
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 turmeric root
  • Handful of mint leaves

Evening Root Vegetable Cleanser

  • 2 beetroots
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1- inch ginger
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash and prepare all ingredients.
  • Cut the fruits and vegetables into sizes that fit your juicer.
  • Juice each recipe separately using a juicer.
  • Stir well and serve immediately. For storage, refrigerate in an airtight container and consume within 24 hours.
