Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Hillshire Kielbasa sausage sliced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces uncooked pasta penne or elbow macaroni
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, cook the kielbasa and onions over medium heat until lightly browned.
  • Add chicken broth, milk, salt, pepper, and uncooked pasta to the skillet.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer.
  • Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked through.
  • Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheese and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup on top before serving.
