Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ head iceberg lettuce shredded
  • 8 cherry tomatoes diced
  • 4 ounces sliced black olives canned or fresh

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the base layer: Spread refried beans evenly in the bottom of a 13x9-inch baking dish.
  • Create the creamy middle layer: Mix sour cream, cream cheese, taco seasoning, and cayenne pepper (if using) in a bowl. Spread this mixture over the refried beans.
  • Add toppings: Layer diced tomatoes, black olives, and shredded lettuce on top of the creamy layer.
  • Finish with cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the entire dip.
  • Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
