Ingredients
  

  • 1 fresh lemon juiced
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup warm water

Instructions
 

  • Squeeze the juice from one fresh lemon.
  • Mix ground turmeric and black pepper into the warm water.
  • Add the lemon juice and honey to the mixture.
  • Stir thoroughly until all ingredients dissolve well.
  • Drink immediately for best results.

Notes

Always include black pepper to boost curcumin absorption by up to 2000%.
Fresh turmeric can be used instead of powder for a more potent flavor.
Drink on an empty stomach first thing in the morning for best absorption.
During illness, take twice daily (morning and evening).
