Ingredients
  

Basic Lemon Balm Weight Loss Tea:

  • 2 cups fresh lemon balm leaves or 2 tablespoons dried
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey optional
  • ½ inch ginger root sliced (optional)

Lemon Balm & Green Tea Fat-Burning Elixir:

  • 1 cup brewed lemon balm tea
  • 1 green tea bag
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Small handful of fresh mint leaves

Overnight Lemon Balm Detox Water:

  • 1 tablespoon dried lemon balm or 1 cup fresh
  • 1 cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon thinly sliced
  • 5-6 mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 quarts filtered water

Lemon Balm Ginger Metabolism Booster:

  • 2 cups brewed lemon balm tea
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey optional
  • Squeeze of fresh orange juice

Lemon Balm Appetite Control Smoothie:

  • 1 cup cold lemon balm tea
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

Instructions
