  • 1 juice of lemon Fresh lemon juice is best.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  • Cook for about 5 minutes on each side until browned.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over the chicken.
  • Add green beans to the skillet and toss to combine.

Cooking

  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
