Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs lean ground beef 85/15 or 90/10 ratio
  • 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • ¾ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¾ cup water
  • cup ketchup
  • Optional: ½ cup diced vegetables onions, bell peppers, mushrooms

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, beaten eggs, breadcrumbs, water, and ketchup.
  • Gently mix the ingredients with your hands until evenly incorporated. Avoid overmixing.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a lined baking sheet or in a loaf pan.
  • Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 1 to 1.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (beef) or 165°F (chicken/turkey).
  • Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
