Ingredients
  

Chip Base:

  • 9 ounces Nacho Cheese Doritos

Protein:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 ounce taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Cheese:

  • 15 ounces white queso
  • 1 cup shredded fiesta cheese

Fresh Toppings:

  • 2 chopped green onions
  • 1 diced tomato

Spicy Additions:

  • 1/2 cup sliced pickled jalapeños
  • 2 ounces sliced black olives drained

Instructions
 

Prepare Taco Meat:

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add ground beef, breaking it into small crumbles.
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned, then drain excess fat.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and chicken stock, mixing well.

Layer the Nachos:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Spread Doritos on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Add cooked meat and top with shredded cheese.

Melt the Cheese:

  • Bake for 5-7 minutes or broil for 2-3 minutes until cheese is fully melted.

Add Toppings:

  • Remove from oven and top with diced tomatoes, green onions, jalapeños, and olives.

Serve & Enjoy:

  • Serve immediately with optional sour cream or guacamole.
