Ingredients
  

For the fries

  • 4 large potatoes Cut into fries
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For tossing fries
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp seasoning of choice e.g. paprika, garlic powder

For the topping

  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef
  • 1 medium onion Thinly sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper Sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • to taste parsley For garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Cut the potatoes into fries and toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper, and seasoning of choice.
  • Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy.

Cooking

  • In the meantime, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the sliced beef, onions, and bell peppers until the beef is cooked through and the veggies are tender.
  • Once the fries are done, top them with the sautéed beef and veggies.
  • Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese over the top and return to the oven for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  • Garnish with parsley before serving hot.

Notes

To keep leftovers fresh, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can freeze them for up to one month. Reheat them in an oven or air fryer for best results.
