Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef Lean ground beef for healthier option.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour Can substitute with coconut flour.
  • 1 large egg Acts as a binder.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Adjust to taste.
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for air frying

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs of your desired size.

Cooking

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
  • Place the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t touch.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through and browned.
  • Serve warm and enjoy your healthy meal!

Notes

These meatballs are versatile and can be served with a fresh salad, zoodles, or marinara sauce. You can store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze them for up to 3 months.
