Ingredients
  

Tea Preparation

  • 2 bags Black Tea Bags or 2 tsp loose leaf tea
  • 4 cups Water divided

Mango Puree

  • 1 whole Ripe Mango or frozen mango cubes
  • 2 tablespoons Honey adjust sweetness as desired

Serving

  • Ice for serving

Steeping Tea

  • Add 2 cups of boiled water and the tea bags into a large pitcher and steep for about 10 minutes.

Preparing Mango Puree

  • Heat 2 cups of water and diced mango in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Turn down the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes while mashing the mango into a puree.

Combining Ingredients

  • Strain the mango mixture into the pitcher with tea, add honey, and stir.
  • Let the tea cool down and serve with ice and mango slices.

Notes

Serve in tall glasses filled with ice and garnish with extra mango slices. Enjoy during a picnic or barbecue.
