Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 10 leaves 10 mint leaves Use fresh for best flavor.
  • ¾ oz ¾ oz simple syrup Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • ½ oz ½ oz fresh squeezed lime juice Fresh lime juice preferred.
  • 2 oz 2 oz Copalli White Rum Can reduce for a lighter drink.
  • 2 oz 2 oz mango juice
  • 4 dashes 4 dashes bitters (Peychaud’s Bitters) Experiment with different bitters.

Garnish

  • 1 sprig Mint For garnish.
  • 1 piece Orchid Optional garnish.
  • 1 slice Lime For garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Add mint leaves, simple syrup, and lime juice to a double old fashioned glass and muddle gently.
  • Fill the glass halfway with crushed ice.

Mixing

  • Add Copalli White Rum and mango juice to the glass.
  • Use a swizzle stick or bar spoon to mix by spinning it between your palms until the mixture is combined and frothy.
  • Top with more crushed ice and finish with dashes of bitters.

Serving

  • Garnish with a mint sprig, an orchid, and a lime round before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled for the best experience. Pairs well with light appetizers. Store leftover mixture in the fridge for up to one day.
