Mango Layer:
- 2 cups frozen mango chunks or fresh, frozen first
- 1/4 cup honey or agave adjust to taste
- 1/2 cup coconut water or regular water
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Pinch of salt
Strawberry Layer:
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 3 tbsp honey or agave
- 1/2 cup coconut water or regular water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Tiny pinch of salt
Optional Add-ins:
- Mint leaves
- Chia seeds
- Coconut cream
- Splash of vanilla extract
- White rum or vodka for adults
Prep the Mango Layer:
Blend mango, honey, water, lime juice, and salt until smooth but thick. Adjust consistency with small splashes of water. Pour into a container and freeze briefly while preparing the next layer.
Make the Strawberry Layer:
Rinse blender. Blend strawberries, honey, water, lemon juice, and salt using same method.
Use fully frozen fruit for ideal texture.
Don’t over-blend — use pulse for best results.
To make ahead, freeze in airtight container and thaw 10 mins before serving.
