  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix together the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Coat the chicken breasts with the maple glaze mixture.

Cooking

  • Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.
  • Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Serve with extra glaze if desired.

Notes

This dish pairs wonderfully with steamed veggies or a light salad. It can also be served over rice or mashed potatoes to soak up that tasty glaze. To store leftovers, let the chicken cool, place in an airtight container, and store in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
