  • 8 oz Fettuccine pasta Cook according to package instructions.
  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined Use fresh or frozen.
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced Adjust quantity to taste.
  • 1 cup Heavy cream Substitute with half-and-half for a lighter version.
  • 1/2 cup Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Adds rich flavor.
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For sautéing.

Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Preparing the Sauce

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes and heavy cream, bringing it to a simmer.
  • Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to combine with the shrimp and sauce.
  • Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to taste.
