Ingredients
  

Fudge Base

  • 3 cups chocolate chips Use high-quality chocolate chips for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk Can be substituted with coconut cream.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Adds flavor to the fudge.

Add-ins

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows You can also use regular marshmallows cut into small pieces.
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts Optional; can be swapped for crushed cookies or omitted for a nut-free version.

Preparation

  • In a saucepan over low heat, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and add in the vanilla extract.
  • Fold in mini marshmallows and nuts if desired.
  • Pour the mixture into a lined 8x8 inch baking pan.
  • Allow to cool and set at room temperature or refrigerate for faster setting.
  • Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature. It can be refrigerated for a week or frozen for longer storage.
