Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and black pepper until fully combined.
Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top surface of each chicken breast using a spatula.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving to ensure maximum moisture retention.
