  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 0.5 cup mayonnais e
  • 0.25 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and black pepper until fully combined.
  • Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top surface of each chicken breast using a spatula.
  • Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving to ensure maximum moisture retention.
